Ive got a gui that i would like to hide the more advanced side of it, which is in the lower half unless they access it in some way probably a button?

So is it possible to have a Gui that is say 300 x 300 that drops open to 600 x 600?

When you press the button or menu

Any suggestions?

Not sure you can extend horizontaly and vertically at the same time, the examples i've seen are for either one or another.

Renamer - Rename files and folders, remove portions of text from the filename etc.

Not sure you can extend horizontaly and vertically at the same time, the examples i've seen are for either one or another.

You are quite correct - either vertical or horizontal orientation.  Trying to combine orientations became far too difficult to code.  :)

Ive been having a play but this seems to be close except for one bit

Ive tried changing these settings but it stops working

I want it as deep as the top bit when it opens
