I do not know why but on one computer function InetRead takes 6 seconds to give information

It's always a constant 6 seconds.

I wrote a loop to check it out below:

Maybe your antivirus is reading the file too?

i uninstaled anti virus and after computer restarted is stil take 6 sec

How fast do you expect it to be?

How much data do you download? 6 seconds is fine for - let's say - 6GB.

in other computer in same network it is take 0.5 sec

i have 8 GB memory and the computer is work fast/ only thit func it ix slow.
