$handle = a window you own, could be your autoit script

"DoitBabe" is a func you will create that do what you want after 2 min.

Search for that UDF it is on autoit help file

Make a script of your own, if it is not working post it and ill help

Can you please give us some more detailed information about the program you try to automate?
PixelSearch and Send depend on screen size and resolution, window position and might interfere with user actions.
Most of the time there are more reliable ways to do what you want to do.

Thanks for the code. But it doesn't explain what you want to achieve with function WM.
Example: You want to wait until a button gets active and then click on this button.
Can you please elaborate?

First insert at the begining of your script :  Opt ("MustDeclareVars",1)Btw, 2* 2500 is not 2 minutes....

And Wm must have the following arguments :

Func Wm ($hWnd, $iMsg, $iIDTimer, $iTime)

Instead of Global $Timer1 = TimerInit () replace by :

Local $ctl=_Timer_SetTimer($hGUI,2*2500,'Wm")
  if not $ctl then
    MsgBox (0,"test","timer error")
    Exit
  endif

You have a double quote at one end of the Wm, and a single at the other.

Have you put the parameters to  Func Wm ($hWnd, $iMsg, $iIDTimer, $iTime

If so, bring all your code in so we can see what's going on

While I am searching timers I found this

$Timer = TimerInit()
Func SomeFunction
    $Delay = TimerDiff($Timer)
    $DelayTime = (120000)
    If $Delay > $DelayTime Then
        <your code goes here>
        $Timer = TimerInit()
    EndIf
EndFunc

this is good but

it is waiting 2 min and doing it

I want to do it and wait 2 min and again do it,( again, again, again, loop)

but it is not be sleep it must be timer

      Hi everyone.
      I want to ask about this :
      I want it runs from 1 to 100 and It opens 10 firefox profiles then access youtube. After I close a firefox window, the loop runs and wait for another window close until loop ends
      I have a loop like this.
      Func launch() Local $from = Int(GUICtrlRead($input1)) Local $to = Int(GUICtrlRead($input2)) If $to <> "" Then While $from <= $to Local $profile = $to _RunDos("start firefox.exe -p " & $profile & " -no-remote youtube.com") $to=$to+1 WEnd Else Local $profile = $to _RunDos("start firefox.exe -p " & $profile & " -no-remote youtube.com") EndIf EndFunc Is there any solution?
      Thank you!

      First off, the project I'm working on revolves around AS/400 "Client Access software", it's foundation is directly influenced by the thread linked at the bottom of this post. Moving on, to explain the problem I'm facing; my project utilizes an infinite While loop and automatically performs semi-hard coded monotonous tasks to save users time and effort, the problem is, occasionally and unexpectedly "Display Messages" will popup and the core script will continue executing instead of dismissing said message and the script "breaks". As a countermeasure I've added some code to the While loop in an effort to intervene and dismiss these display messages before the core script has a chance to do anything... however it doesn't work. I hope I didn't do too bad of a job explaining that.
      So I think my question is: How can I temporarily "pause" the core script when these messages spontaneously appear?
      The only other solution I thought of would be to check if a display message has appeared before executing every line of code but that obviously isn't very practical.
      Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
      Thanks

      ;Loop to keep script running and handle display messages While 1 dismiss_display_messages() Sleep(50) WEnd ;Function to dismiss display messages Func dismiss_display_messages() If $ps.SearchText("Display Messages") Then $ps.SendKeys("[enter]", 8, 1) ;This while loop waits until the display message has disappeared to resume the core script While $ps.SearchText("Display Messages") Sleep(100) WEnd EndIf EndFunc

      Autoit team are assbags.    They want to hold out that they are soooo much smarter than everyone else and they really don't want to help anyone with their questions.   In that case then why have a website.   Oh i know, they get their kicks out of laughing at everyone.

      Hello all,
      Preface: Column A is full of courses. Column B is full of usernames. If course (A1) exists, we check to see if username (B1) is enrolled. If user is found, the user is un-enrolled. Then Loop.
      I am working on a script that loops through an Excel file and pastes the content from A1 into a textbox in IE, does some stuff, then pastes the content from B1 into a different textbox. Then it loops around until all used rows in columns A and B have been accounted for.
      For some reason, column A loops properly but column B doesn't. B1 is pasted over and over again. So, as it loops, B1 is constantly being pasted, first accompanying A1's loop, then A2, and so on.
      The OpenExcel() func opens the Excel file the user specifies in an earlier function. It's supposed to gather the entire used range of columns A and B. The SearchCourse() func only uses column A, pasting its content into a Search tool in IE. This seems to be working fine. SearchResult() puts "Course Not Found" into column C if the search fails. If the search is successful, however, we move onto... EnterCourse(). This simply gets us to the place where column B's content comes into play. UnenrollNow(). Here, we paste the variable $_userName into a textbox.
