AutoIt To prevent the another window for getting control while my Scite script is running

when i am running my Scite script if another window opens then my script lost the control from my app for which my script is running.

so how can i prevent the other app to get control while my scite script is running

this is not usefull to reserve the control only for my script

what you mean "get control"

i mean my script should work only for the application for which i have written the script no matters which appliaction is currently active if at run time any other windows open then the script should not run for those windows

as i have written a script for the automation of mozilla thunderbird on run time if i start other application then the script start  working on that active other window so my automation fails

I had the opportunity to automate Thunderbird and I have no problems. 

However, if you want to take advantage of the help that you need in addition to a description of the problem, show a piece of code, and preferably do some repro script

now if i start running this, my thunderbird window will open n then it will open a new email account creation window

and my question is during its runtime if i open other window suppose i open MyDocuments then this script start automating MyDocument rather thn thunderbird

so i want whatever will happen during the run time of this script it should keep automating only thunderbird till its completion for which this script has been written.
