Why I can not ControlMove() on  ActiveX control ?

There is no direct link between the value returned by GUICtrlCreateObj and the corresponding ControlID or handle. I ran into the same problem when writing my GUIExtender UDF.

But trancexx very kindly gave me a solution - look in that UDF for the _GUIExtender_Obj_Data function which shows you how to link everything together. Please ask if you have any problems following the code - but do not ask me for more details as all I did was follow the donated code sample.

Because ControlMove is primarily designed to operate on external windows.

If you look with window info tool it has no ID #

The reason seems to be around the version of the browser, not from ControlMove.

GUICtrlGetHandle($idIE_Control) returns 0 with my computer, and Control Viewer does not find any ID with the $dIE_Control value.
