Send AltGr key problem

with aero active, if you hold down the AltGr key and press the down arrow, the screen should go upside down.
well, I'm trying to send that key combination without success. (typing on the keyboard on my laptop of course it works)

what combination should I send(?)

the following attempts have not worked

; send("{RWIN down}{DOWN}{RWIN up}")
; send("{# down}{DOWN}{# up}")
; send("{RALT down}{DOWN}{RALT up}")
; send("{RWINDOWN}{DOWN}{RWINUP}")

thanks guinness for that link,
but them are trying to detect the AltGr keypress, I would like to Send() it

I have seen that pressing Ctrl Alt  at the same time is equivalent to AltGr
but how to send Ctrl Alt and holding them down with the Send() command?

Maybe:

Send("{CTRLDOWN}{ALTDOWN}{DOWN down}")

or

Send("{CTRLDOWN}{ALTDOWN}{DOWN}")

Don't forget to cleaup with UP

a clean sequence should be as

send("{CTRLDOWN}{ALTDOWN}{DOWN}{CTRLUP}{ALTUP}")

are also funny those rotations:

send("{CTRLDOWN}{ALTDOWN}{RIGHT}{CTRLUP}{ALTUP}") ; screen tiled to the right
Sleep(4000)
send("{CTRLDOWN}{ALTDOWN}{DOWN}{CTRLUP}{ALTUP}") ; screen upside down
Sleep(4000)
send("{CTRLDOWN}{ALTDOWN}{LEFT}{CTRLUP}{ALTUP}") ; screen tilted to the left

In my case it works.

Perhaps the difference lies in the regional options of the system.

strange behavior

do you have win7 with aero active?

maybe the sequence of keypresses that works for you are intercepted and elaborated by the video card driver instead of by aero, and (maybe) that sequence is correct only for your video card software and is different from that of aero  ....?  (just a guess)
