Creating a "brushed up" Task Scheduler UDF?

Could you please consider to place all this HTML TXT CSS files in subdirectory for example in ".\TaskScheduler UDF Documentation"
And the same with example: ".\TaskScheduler Examples"

In this way the main directory will  contain only main UDF files (UDF+CONST)

Because currently when I unzip them, then when I put them to "my INCLUDE DIR", it looks "little messy", some way of hierarchical structure would make this clean/clear.

Why you are using #include-once in examples ?

By accident.
But only two examples out of 32 were affected: _TS_TaskList and _TS_RunningTaskList.

IMHO:

Because "AutoIt Team" maintain the quality of the delivered standard function package, I mean that Standard Include are "standard" and should be "error free".
They are <standard>, and users files are not "standard".

This should be ordered in this way because code should be clean, easy to read, easy to understand, easy to maintain.
And for the last argument this ordering keep it easier to focus on problem solving/finding.

Hello,

I have a little problem creating a task. My goal is, the a task has to be run under an useraccount with higher privileges. This user will not be logged on, so - in the task planner of Windows (10, German) the checkbox "Unabhängig von der Benutzeranmeldung ausführen" should be checked.

I played around with the TASK_LOGON_TYPE constants, but the checkbox stays permanent unchecked.

You could manually create a dummy task without the checked checkbox and export this task as XML, then check the checkbox and export the task again.
Use WinMerge to compare the files to get the relevant parameter.

But the trick was using the other credentials  in function  _TS_Wrapper_TaskRegister

@water you can add this function to your's UDF.

Back to the case.
_TS_RunningTaskListAsString() is not always return proper results.
On some PC's it is ok on another I had issue with this function.

So I do testing scenario.
When I use testing code like this following few lines:

_log('@AutoItPID=' & @AutoItPID)
_log('### Running Task List - START')
_log(_TS_RunningTaskListAsString($oTaskScheduler))
_log('### Running Task List - END')

Then I get in the logs:

My question is why TaskScheduler shows different PID than @AutoItPID ?
 

btw.
Of course I run the exe form TaskScheduler and before I run this particular task from TaskScheduler I checked if there are no other running processes named "ML_Downloader.exe".

I do not think it is sensible to add _TS_RunningTaskListAsString to the UDF. _TS_RunningTaskList returns an array. If a string is needed every AutoIt coder knows by heart that _ArrayToString is the function he needs to get the desired result.
The function does not wrap complex coding. Too much overhead for a single well known function.

Same for _TS_IsRunFromTaskScheduler. It's just a simple loop.

Do you use #RequireAdmin in your example script? This would explain the different PID.

No.
But the Task in TaskScheduler have setup raised level.
What does it change? How does this affect PID?

As to your's opinion on my proposals with new functions: ok.
