Minimum System requirements for IE.au3

What are the minimum system requirements(like Windows OS version, IE browser version, etc,.) for IE.au3(3.3.14.2) to work properly?

I think it is easier the other way round. Tell us which version of Windows and IE you run and we can tell you if the IE UDF or another UDF is the tool for you

We don't know exactly which versions of IE & Windows OS our app consumers are using? The users count may vary between 300 - 500. So, I couldn't give you the exact answer. 

For instance, the following may help. But these are not limited.

1	IE 11	Windows 8.1
2	IE 11	Windows 7
3	IE 10	Windows 8.1
4	IE 10	Windows 7

The supported IE version do not seem to be mentioned anywhere (UDF, download page, support page ...).
So I think as long as the user32.dll, ole32.dll and oleacc.dll are available you should be fine.
